2/2/18 - Peterson Properties and Management successfully brokered the partnership acquisition of a 42,000 SF air-conditioned warehouse distribution center located at the corner of S Manhattan Ave and Interbay Blvd and looks to renovate and lease the facility.

The space is currently available for lease and can be subdivided to fit tenant needs.
